Good food brings people together. At Belly Nice Caribbean, that’s where our story begins.

Founded in 2026 by a group of friends with roots in Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Saint Lucia, Barbados and Antigua, we bring the flavours we grew up with to our kitchen in East London. Our menu celebrates the variety of Caribbean cooking, sharing familiar favourites alongside dishes that deserve a little more of the spotlight.

Our roots, your next favourite dish

Caribbean food has plenty of stories to tell. The ingredients, seasonings and ways of cooking change from country to country, and often from one family kitchen to the next.

Our chefs grew up eating and preparing these dishes, learning from parents, grandparents and generations before them. Those recipes and memories shape what we serve today, from the way we season our food to the time we give each dish to develop its flavour.

Our menu brings together tasty starters and finger foods, generous main courses, seafood, meat dishes and vegetarian options. You’ll also find cakes and desserts, breads and buns, and refreshing juices to complete your order.

Vegetables, pulses, herbs and carefully balanced seasonings play a big part in our cooking. Alongside comforting favourites, we offer lighter and lower-carbohydrate choices, giving you different ways to enjoy the flavours you love.

We source ingredients from trusted local suppliers and bring selected ingredients directly from their countries of origin. Each has a purpose, whether it adds depth to a sauce, fragrance to a dish or the familiar flavour that makes a family recipe feel like home.
